By using Wakeel you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The service
- Wakeel provides an AI employee that answers your business's customers on the channels you connect, with an inbox, lead management and a dashboard.
Your account
- You are responsible for accurate account details, keeping your password secret, and everything done through your and your team's accounts.
Acceptable use
- You follow Meta's Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business and Instagram commerce policies, and local law.
- You may not use the service to send spam, misleading or unlawful messages, or to contact people who haven't messaged you or agreed to be contacted.
Your content and your customers' chats
- Your content stays yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Artificial intelligence
- The AI employee answers from the knowledge you add and hands what it doesn't know to your team. It can still make mistakes: you're responsible for reviewing your knowledge and settings and following conversations, and shouldn't rely on it for sensitive decisions without human review.
Plans and payment
- You start with a free trial, then choose a plan with monthly usage limits. Prices are in US dollars. A plan is activated once payment is confirmed and can be upgraded or renewed at any time. When a plan ends or reaches its limit, conversations go to your team and nothing is lost.
Suspension and termination
- You can stop the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the service or others.
Limitation of liability
- The service is provided as is. We don't guarantee it is free of every fault and aren't liable for indirect losses. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
- We may change these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
